What we collect

We only collect what you give us through the estimate request form:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The service address, city, state and ZIP code
• The services you are interested in, and anything you add in the notes

We do not take payments on this website, and we do not ask for payment card, banking or government ID details here.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about that job. We may occasionally email you service reminders or seasonal offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also just tell us to stop.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf so the site can work:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives estimate form submissions, which are passed to us.
• Google supplies the fonts used on this site and the service-area map in the footer. When your browser loads them, Google receives standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set its own cookies, and it does not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

The embedded Google Map may set cookies from Google when it loads. Those are controlled by Google and covered by Google’s privacy policy. You can block or clear them in your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and customer details for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. If you would like us to delete your information, ask and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
