Christmas Lights

Seasonal · Now Booking

Christmas lights, without the ladder.

We design the layout, install commercial-grade LEDs along your rooflines, trees and landscaping, and come back to take it all down when the season ends — takedown is included in your upfront payment. You never get on a ladder.

How it works

Labor and materials are quoted separately, so you can see what you are paying for rather than getting one number. The lights are yours once they are bought, and they stay with you in the off-season.

1

Design

We walk the property with you, agree what gets lit — rooflines, peaks, trees, wreaths, walkways — and settle on colors and bulb style before anything goes up.

2

Install

Commercial-grade LEDs, cut and clipped to fit your roofline exactly. No staples into your shingles or fascia, and no extension cords across the yard.

3

Season support

If a strand goes out mid-season, call and we will come and fix it. That is part of the job, not an extra.

4

Takedown

We come back after the season and pull everything down, clips included. Takedown is included in your upfront payment, so there is no second charge in January. Your roofline goes back to how it looked in November.

Why homeowners hand this one off

Hanging lights looks simple from the driveway. It usually turns into a ladder on uneven ground, a roofline steeper than it looked, and an afternoon spent hunting the one bulb that took out the whole strand.

We spend the rest of the year on ladders and rooftops for gutter and roof work — same equipment, same caution. You get a professionally lit home without giving up a Saturday, or the January trip back up.

Book early

This is the one service with a real calendar behind it, and the good dates go first. If you have a date in mind, call and we will tell you honestly whether it is still open.

Commercial properties too

Storefronts, offices and retail centers get the same treatment. If the install needs to happen outside business hours, tell us and we will schedule around you.

Common questions

Is takedown included in the price?

Yes. Takedown is included in your upfront payment — there is no separate charge when we come back in January.

Do I buy the lights, or do you?

We supply commercial-grade LEDs and they are quoted separately from the labor. They are brighter and last far better than big-box strands, and they are cut to fit your home — so in later years the install goes faster because they already fit.

Who stores them in the off-season?

You do. They are your lights, cut to your house, so they are ready to go back up next season.

What if a strand goes out mid-season?

Call us and we will come and fix it. That is included.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much roofline and landscaping you want lit, and how tall and steep the roof is — a single-story ranch and a two-story with steep peaks are genuinely different jobs. Estimates are free with no pressure attached, and most quotes go out the same day.

Can you do just the trees, or just the roofline?

Yes. Plenty of customers start with the roofline and add trees and landscaping in later years. Tell us your budget and we will show you where it goes furthest.
