What gets cleaned
The standard job is the glass, plus the screens. Here is how it runs.
Glass
Hand-washed and squeegeed. On ground-floor panes that is still the best finish anyone has come up with.
Upper stories
A water-fed pole with purified water. It dries spot-free with no detergent.
Screens
Removed, cleaned and put back. They hold more dust than most people expect.
Why purified water for the high ones
Tap water leaves its dissolved minerals behind as spots, which is why a hose-rinsed window looks worse than before. We filter those minerals out, so it dries clear on its own.
It also means second-story windows get done from the ground.
Inside as well as out
Interior glass is available and most customers book both. We wear covers, move what needs moving, and put it back.
Storefronts and offices
Commercial glass runs on a schedule — monthly or quarterly, whatever keeps the entrance looking right. Tell us your hours.

Common questions
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year suits most San Antonio homes. If you are near a main road, under heavy oak cover, or running sprinklers that hit the glass, three or four times tends to be closer to the mark.
Do you clean screens and tracks?
Screens yes, as part of the job. Tracks get a wipe. If the tracks are badly built up, say so when you book so we can allow time for it.
What about hard water stains?
Long-term sprinkler spotting etches into the glass and normal cleaning will not shift it. There is a separate restoration process for it, with mixed results depending on how far it has gone. We will tell you honestly what we think is achievable before you commit.
Do I need to be home?
Not for exterior work. Interior cleaning needs someone to let us in.
