I grew up in Boerne, TX and love the Texas hill country. I have served my country in the United States Marine Corps for 21 years and continuing to serve as a First Sergeant in the Marine Corps Reserves. I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a degree in business. I wanted to do something that used my experiences in efficiently operating teams and my passion to purposefully serve my community; I found an opportunity to do both. After over 5 years of experience in this industry, I decided to start my own company that embodied my values and desire for excellence. I have a great team around me, along with my wonderful wife and daughter, who support me and believe in the vision I have for what we are doing with Good Guy Gunny!

Born and raised in the outskirts of the Texas hill country, I am a detail oriented, goal driven, hardworking person. I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps Reserves in 2016 and have spent the majority of my time in private security when not on orders. I found Good Guy Gunny by chance and have since found it to be a place where I am able to work with like minded individuals with similar values, work ethic, and similar experiences to my own.

I grew up in San Antonio, TX. Served in the Marine Corps as a Staff Sergeant for 8 years on active duty, and currently serving in the Marine Corps Reserves in Galveston, TX. I have worked with Adam for many years, including a deployment. His dedication for excellence and clear expectations is the reason why our unit was such a success. This is what drew me to Good Guy Gunny, the same work ethic and mission focus is what allows us to deliver excellent product, and something I can be proud of doing.

I was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio and currently reside in Boerne, Texas. After graduating from high school, I entered the United States Air Force and served eight years where I worked as a Medical Administrator earning the rank of Staff Sergeant. I have three children, two dogs, and love the outdoors where I enjoy, hiking, biking, and kayaking. My civilian career has consisted of business owner, bookkeeper, and accountant. Currently, I am a Utilities Administrative Supervisor working for a municipality. My work experience and support for my brother, Adam Snouffer, has led me to join Good Guy Gunny and I am excited to be a part of this business.

I’m from Houston, TX working remotely for Good Guy Gunny. I graduated from Texas A&M University with a major in Business and a minor in communications and agriculture economics. Upon graduation, I commissioned as an officer in United States Marine Corps and served for 7 years. As a civilian, I have worked in the oil & gas industry for nearly a decade ranging from supply chain to cyber security. I’ve also been able to work in the entertainment industry that’s given an opportunity to gather skill sets in media and marketing, ultimately allowed me to find myself with a company I believe in with Good Guy Gunny.
